1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. 

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-metro and remote areas: 5–8 business days

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹499

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499

• COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional ₹49 COD fee applies (if available in your area)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner name. You can track your order on the courier’s website or from the tracking link provided.

6. Packaging

All products are packed with care and hygiene standards to ensure safe delivery of our herbal medicines and supplements.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at support@praanroot.com with your Order ID. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with:

• Please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

• If accepted by mistake, click clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
